Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Before Homestay Commencement: Written cancellation requests received before the start of homestay will be refunded less non-refundable fees, $50 bank fees, courier fees, and a $200 cancellation fee.

Cancellation After Homestay Commencement: Written cancellation requests received after homestay has begun require at least 8 weeks notice prior to the requested homestay end date. Refunds will be issued less non-refundable fees, $50 bank fees, courier fees, $200 cancellation fee, and 6 weeks of homestay accommodation fees.

Short-Notice Cancellation: Written cancellation requests received less than 8 weeks before the requested homestay end date will be refunded less non-refundable fees, $50 bank fees, courier fees, $200 cancellation fee, and 8 weeks of accommodation fees. No refund will be issued if total deductions exceed the amount paid.

Students Under 18: No refund will be issued for students under 18 under the custodianship of Homestay Select+ until Homestay Select+ receives: (a) notarized Parental Consent for a new custodian, and (b) notarized Custodian document signed by the new custodian, if Homestay Select+ services are no longer used.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the bank account specified in the written request and may take 3 to 4 weeks to process. Refunds are calculated based on charges on the invoice at the time of payment; charges are subject to change without notice.
